Refund and Exchange Policy
There are no refunds on tickets - all sales are final.
No ticket exchanges done on day of show (for that day's show). Other exchanges can be made by contacting the box office at the Honesdale High School Performing Arts Center. If you have any questions, please call us directly at (570) 251-9831.
General Policies
Purchase: Thank you for supporting the arts at the Honesdale High School Performing Arts Center. Your official tickets will be (your choice of) e-mailed, text, or mailed to you directly to the provided address once tickets are purchased. If your ticket order is placed one week prior to the production, your tickets will be held at the box office for pickup, one hour prior to the performance. If you have any questions, please call us directly at (570) 251-9831.
Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (HONESDALE PERFORMING ARTS CENTER).
All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
